how do I stop procrastinating??? i have to watch shane dawson and do my homework, but there is no time for both

   Set simple, achievable goals. Part of the reason we procrastinate is because the task at hand seems too daunting. Create a schedule. Set a deadline. Get rid of distractions.Time yourself. Take a break. Use incentives.
