Explanation: For obvious reasons it protects peoplesrights and freedoms. We have to help safe during this time and keep mindful of the vulnerable at this time. The government only wants to help us and we need to respect that and follow these rules.But as citizens we have rights and we have freedom to do as we please.Hopefully places will be reopening soon and everything will be back to normal.
