Answer:

Option D is the correct answer.

Step-by-step explanation:

The saving bonds are a good way to earn money but they work at fixed rate of interest over a set time period.

Money market accounts give a limited access to account and not more than three checks are written in a month. Its a type of short term savings.

The certificate of deposit or CD's have higher interest rate than savings account. But one cannot withdraw the money before the term maturity otherwise penalty is to be paid.

Savings account are deposit accounts that can be accessed whenever needed. These yield less interest as compared to money market accounts or CD's.

Therefore, the best option for Lionel to choose will be Savings account

What is the solution to -3/4 x + 2 ≤ -7 ?
Dvinal [7]

Answer:

x ≥ 12

Step-by-step explanation:

Step 1: subtract 2 from both sides

Now you have; -3/4 x ≤ -9

Step 2: divide both sides by -3/4

Now you have x ≥ 12

(when dividing an inequality by a negative you have to flip the sign)

Therefore the answer is x ≥ 12

Can you please help me with this math problem
Lera25 [3.4K]
This question is nasty. It sounds like you should be finding area of the figure you see. I'll do that first, although I don't think it's the right answer. (But it might be).

Area Trapezoid = (b1 + b2) * h / 2
b1 = 8
b2 = 12
h = 5
Area Trapezoid = (8 + 12 ) * 5 / 2
Area Trapezoid = 20 * 5/2
Area = 50 square feet.

The problem is that no lumber yard will cut that for you without charging you. The practical answer is 12 * 5 = 60 square feet is what you will have to buy. Then you cut out the triangles for yourself.

Justify step 2 to 3

Write out step 2:

-4x+9 = 2x+10

Apply subtraction property by subtracting 2x from both sides

-4x-2x+9 = 2x-2x+10

-6x+9 = 10

Notice that the above equation is represented in step 3.

Hence, option A answers the question.

Answer:

p = 13

Step-by-step explanation:

Step 1: Write equation

16p = 208

Step 2: Solve for p

 1. Divide both sides by 16: p = 13

Step 3: Check

Plug in p to verify it's a solution.

16(13) = 208

208 = 208
