Gross profit is the revenue, which means the accounts receivable/what they are earning subtracted by the cost of goods sold, or as some people call, expenses. In other words, it is the income statement.

Gross profit is the total revenue generated by a business or financial activity less the variable costs that involve this activity. It is an accounting identity that serves as an indicator of the financial health of the business.

To understand gross profit, you need to understand what costs and revenue entail. Costs are classified in fixed costs and variable costs. Fixed costs are those costs that exist independently of production, such as electricity bills and water bills. Variable costs are those costs that involve the production process, that is, cost of items used to produce the goods.

For example, imagine a bakery. The revenue is the total received by the sale of bread. Gross profit is total revenue minus variable costs, such as wheat and labor. And net profit involves total revenue less variable costs and also fixed costs, which involve facilities, taxes, etc.

Answer:

A promise to work for an employer honestly for the rest of life

Explanation:

When the representative of Hardell Co received a separate email from WestBank Real estate, that person should have informed his security or sustainability department and had whistled the blow. Instead he kept the mail privately and infact replied to WestBank. This is totally a case of conflict of interest and falls in stature of fraud that the employer hasn’t remained loyal to the company for which he is currently working with

What effect does the lack of competition in command economics have?
lawyer [7]
It creates the possibility of companies, which are selling a certain product on a market which does not have any other producer, becoming and having the 100% of the market share.

This enables them to completely determine the price that can be very high as people will have to pay if they want to have this product.

It also enables them to determine various aspects about the quality of the product in general.

Usualy all this would be determined by the demand and competition. But in a command economy, all of it is determined by the producer. All the products can therefore look the same and don't need to be produced in excess but in just the right amount for the people which is obviously very hard to determine.

likoan [24]

The revision or amending of existing articles of the confederation was the main reason for calling the constitutional convention of 1797. The Constitutional Convention (1797) which is also known as the Philadelphia Conference, or the Grand Conference of Philadelphia) took place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from 25 May to 14 September 14.

Though the aim of this Convention was to amend (making changes in the existing articles) the Articles of Confederation, many of its promoters (or advocates) wanted to build the new government instead of solving the issues of the existing one.
