This one is tough but I'll go with C. I don't think Canada has any desserts since it's cold up there, so B and D are out. A doesn't state Tundra and both Canada and America have Tundra. America has Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, and Alaska as Tundra states. C has all 3. Canada may have tropical grasslands considering it is almost exactly in the northern hemisphere surrounded by water.
