The correct answer is C.

Gibbons v. Ogden was a case solved by the US Supreme Court in 1824 and which led to the enactment of a landmark decision.

The final decision stated that the US federal powers were in charge of regulating interstate commerce, because of the Commerce Clause, included in the US Constitution and which grants such powers to the US Congress. It also includes the power of regulating navigation. Therefore, from this moment onwards, monopolies cannot be established at the state level as such actions would be contradicting the regulations fixed by the supreme federal powers.

The Coase Theorem says that, in an economic transaction with externalities, if property rights are well defined and if the transaction costs are low enough, then the private solution is socially optimal, with no need for government intervention to correct the situation externality, which is a market failure. The government's only role would be to ensure that property rights are well defined and that free trade flows without transaction costs.

Coase's theorem, shows how the role of institutions, especially legal ones, are important for the proper functioning of the market economy.

Some of the ways to fight against a poor economy is by employing capable hands born out of passion who are ready to solve a problem. This goes same for NGO' s and organization. The 3 R's looks at how development can cut across various(possibly all) sectors of individuals in the society. The 3R's are relief for the unemployed and poor, recovery of the economy back to normal levels, and reform of the financial system to prevent a repeat depression.

Once this is sorted out, the economy becomes an encouragement to everyone, till it's better in all areas.

When Bryan's girlfriend broke up with him, he felt very down. As he sat in his bedroom, he thought about all of the other times
stiks02 [169]

Answer:

Mood congruent memory

Explanation:

Mood congruent memory represents the mood of an event. It shows that when memory is stored in an event it also stores the state of the mood of that event at that time.

So that because of mood memories when we recall our event that is related to happiness, we recall another moment too which is related to the happy moment. When we recall a sad moment we recall, sad memories as well.

Thus when Byran's girlfriend broke up with him and when he sat in his bedroom he recalls all sad moments at that time because of mood-congruent behavior.
