times both sides by 3/1
3V=hpir²
divide both sides by hpi
$\frac{3V}{h \pi } =r^2$
sqrt both sides
$\sqrt{\frac{3V}{h \pi }}=r$



so
v=300
h=10
subsitute

$\sqrt{\frac{3(300)}{10 \pi }}=r$
$\sqrt{\frac{900}{10 \pi }}=r$
$\sqrt{\frac{90}{\pi }}=r$
$\frac{\sqrt{90}}{\sqrt{\pi} }=r$
