Answer:

German Violin Bow and true chords. The church and the state also have major influences. They add more interest in the music of Bach.

Explanation:

Two major influences on German Barque music were the German Violin Bow and true chords that were used often. Also, the church and the state have influences on it.

These two factors made the music of Bach much more interesting. Johan Sebastian Bach was one of the most famous composer and musician of this period. Baroque music began to flourish under him, focusing on the emotions of the music piece. The influence of the church and the state was for their own gains in that the church wants church cantatas while the music of each state differs. And since the coming of Bach, the baroque music which had been unorganized without any 'base' or order, it completely changed and Baroque music even reached its peak of development.

Answer:

C. A journey that presents many challenges

Explanation:

Okay, it's an unpaved road, according to my ELA teacher, that symbolizes a long, harsh journey. You know, cause there's the saying "you got a hard road ahead of you" or something like that. Meaning that you have a hard journey ahead of you. And besides, none of the other ones make sense. If this happens to be wrong, I'm really sorry, let me know so I can fix it.

hope this helps:)

stellarik [79]

Answer: 1. "It was idle, he knew, to get between a fool and his folly" means that it was useless and unimportant to make a fool understand something. 2. The fool is Hal. 3. His folly was his lack of good sense, trying to wake the dogs up. 4. John Thornton thought it was non-sense to intervene because regardless of the past warnings of the ice breaking down, he still wanted to wake the dogs up and continue moving.

Explanation: In the story, the team that is traveling towards their destination encounters difficulties to cross the river. John Thornton warns them that the ice is melting and that they might sink If they continue. Despite all the tragedies and losses the team has had in the trip, Hal ignores the warnings and tries to wake the dogs up. Thornton concludes that trying to convince a fool and his lack of non-sense is useless and unimportant since there is no way Hal will understand.

Facts can be verifiable as true or false, while opinions cannot.

Facts are things that can be verified. This means that they can be proven as true. Examples of facts: George Washington was the first President of the United States. Geese fly south in the winter. Dogs have four legs. An opinion cannot be verified as true or false. Examples of opinions: Chocolate ice cream is the best flavor. Summer weather is terrible.
