This social class can often be called the "working poor". This group may also be called the "lower" or "under" class. The majority of the working poor work in service jobs, like waiters or waitress, unskilled labor positions, farmers or maids and other minimum wage positions with two or three jobs that have little to no extra benefits. The majority are also relatively uneducated, with less than 50% graduating high school.

Answer: The defined answer is the Lower class. While it is technically called the working poor, which is a class comprised of people who work minimum wage jobs with little to no extra benefits, the working class gets extra benefits from their jobs, and who do not necessarily work minimum wage jobs. Some might make more than minimum wage, but not much. Others may make significantly more than minimum wage. But the working class lives above the poverty line, even if it is by just a margin.

Codes of ethics often differ with respect to three characters. They are:
MrRissso [65]

The three different focuses on the code of ethics:

  1. <u>Compliance-Based Code of Ethics:</u> Encompasses all of the rules that are related to the compliance of legal standards, such as hirings or safety. Noncompliance with these rules will result in penalties that will have to be paid by the organization to the authority.
  2. <u>Value-Based Code of Ethics:</u> Focuses on the company's core values. It may include standards of responsible conduct as they may relate to the benefit of society. An example of this is a grocery chain refusing to buy crops that are grown with the use of a certain pesticide.
  3. <u>Code of Ethics Among Professionals:</u> They are requirements that enforce employees to act in the best interest of their clients. An example of this is the ethical standards applied to certified public accountants when offering their services as specified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
