The question is incomplete. Complete question is:
All of the following containers have the same volume and temperature, which container has the most molecules
container 1-25.0 atm
container 2-50.0 atm
container 3- 12.5 atm
container 4- 1.00 atm
...........................................................................................................................
From, ideal gas equation, we know that PV = nRT

Thus, number of moles of gas depends on pressure, volume and temperature. Since, volume and temperature are held constant. number of moles of molecules will depends only on pressure of gas.

From above equation is can be seen that n α P. Thus higher the pressure, more will be the molecules.

∴ In present case, container 2 will have most molecules, as it has maximum pressure.

True or False: Adding 4.18 joules to water will increase the temperature more than adding 1 calorie to water.
mote1985 [20]

Answer:

Because one calorie is equal to 4.18 J, it takes 4.18 J to raise the temperature of one gram of water by 1°C. In joules, water's specific heat is 4.18 J per gram per °C. If you look at the specific heat graph shown below, you will see that 4.18 is an unusually large value.

You have a solid 7.00 gram mixture of sodium nitrate and silver nitrate. You add distilled water to dissolve the solids. Now you
olganol [36]

Answer:

Net ionic equation: Ag⁺(aq) + Cl⁻(aq) → AgCl(s)

44.9% as AgNO₃

Explanation:

When sodium nitrate, NaNO₃ and silver nitrate, AgNO₃ are dissolved in water, the Na⁺, NO₃⁻ and Ag⁺ ions are formed.

Then, the addition of NaCl (Na⁺ and Cl⁻) produce AgCl⁻ as precipitate. The net ionic equation is:

Ag⁺(aq) + Cl⁻(aq) → AgCl(s)

If 2.54g of AgCl are formed and represents the 95.9% of yield. The real amount of AgCl is:

2.54g AgCl * (100% / 95.9%) = 2.65g AgCl.

In moles (Molar mass AgCl = 143.32g/mol):

2.65g AgCl * (1mol / 143.32g) = 0.0185 moles of AgCl = Moles of AgNO₃

Because all Ag comes from AgNO₃

Thus, the original mass of silver nitrate and its precentage is (Molar mass AgNO₃ = 169.87g/mol):

0.0185 moles AgNO₃ * (169.87g / mol) = 3.14g of AgNO₃

Percentage:

3.14g AgNO₃ / 7.00g * 100 =

44.9% as AgNO₃

If there are 160 Calories in 28 g in 1 serving of Flamin' Hot Cheetos, how many gram(s) of Cheetos must you burn to raise the te
vagabundo [1.1K]

Answer:

3.5 g

Explanation:

The density of water is 1 g/mL. The mass (m) corresponding to 20.0 mL is 20.0 g.

We can calculate the heat (Q) required to raise the temperature of 20.0 mL of water 1 °C (ΔT).

Q = c × m × ΔT = 1 cal/g.°C × 20.0 g × 1 °C = 20 cal

where,

c is the specific heat capacity of water

There are 160 calories in 28 g of Cheetos. The mass that releases 20 cal is:

20 cal × (28 g/160 cal) = 3.5 g
