X + y = 180
Y = wheat, x = oats
Y = x + 20. In the 1st equation, get y by itself getting y = 180 - x.
So 180 - x = x + 20. Subtract x on both sides to get 180 - 2x is 20. Subtract 180 to both sides is -2x = -160. Divide -2 to both sides is x = 80. So 80 + 20 is 100 wheat, and 80 oats of acres.

Find the slope of the line passing through the points (9, 1) and (-3, -3). Describe the slope as positive, negative, zero, or un
GarryVolchara [31]

Answer:

<h3>Given points:-</h3>
  • (9,1)
  • (-3,-3)

We have to find slope =m

  • As we know that

{\boxed{\sf Slope_{(m)}=\dfrac {y _2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}}}

  • Substitute the values

\qquad {:}\longrightarrow\sf m=\dfrac {(-3-1)}{(-3-9)}

\qquad {:}\longrightarrow\sf m=\dfrac {-4}{-12}

\qquad {:}\longrightarrow\sf m={\dfrac {1}{3}}

\therefore\sf Slope\;of\;the\:line=\dfrac {1}{3}(undefined)

[11]

Equation: 180° - 75°

Measure: 105°

      A straight line has an angle measurement of 180°. Since we have GFB, 75°, we can find EFB this way.

[12]

Equation: 90° - 40°

Measure: 50°

      The little box in the angle shows that it is equal to 90°. Since they give us HGB, 40°, we can solve for EFB using this information.

The highest common factor of two DIFFERENT numbers 21 and Δ is 21.
nadezda [96]

Step-by-step explanation:

it is a multiple of 21.

the highest common factor of 2 numbers is the longest combination of prime factors they have in common.

the prime factors of 21 are simply

3×7

if another number A shares this as the longest combination of prime factors, that means it contains 3×7 itself in its prime factors.

and that means this number A can only be a multiple of 3×7 (= 21), as other prime factors present would be the factor of 21.
