The government didn't want to join WWI (and they tried many different things to keep them out of WWI), but it was simply impossible to stay out of it. <span>The 3 things that forced America to take action were:

Thus, the WWI critics were able to asses different consequences of the war and they deducted that WWI did not fulfill its very purpose rather lead to inhuman slaughtering of masses, even those who were innocent and were not involved in the war by any means.
