What was the environment like during the Klondike Gold Rush? Explore two or three different Internet sources to create a mini-re

search project about the Klondike Gold Rush. Once you have found your sources, find three passages (from the sources) that give a sense of what life was like in this setting. These passages might describe the climate, the society, or the geography. Finally, summarize each of the passages in your own words. Be sure to properly cite your sources and include a Works Cited page. View the MLA Style Guide.

Answer:

This "matter" is your passion, not a distant subject but close and dear to you. Asking if they can help in this matter is correct in that it describes at a polite distance their capacity and perhaps willingness to help. You are hoping they can help but at such a distance that you are not pleading to them.Aug 28, 2017.

Alot couldn't make it but if you did they had to dig alot and meaning people had to chop a massive amount of firewood to soften the earth. The idea of striking it rich led over 100,000 people from all walks of life to abandon their homes and embark on an extended, life-threatening journey across treacherous, icy valleys and harrowing rocky terrain. Compare and contrast how wind and glaciers abrade rock.
Vinvika [58]
Wind abrades rock by sandblasting, this is the process in which wind causes the blowing off millions of grains of sand, which bumps across the surface of rocks' surface. it can also happen due to deflation, which is when wind removes the top layer of fine sediment/soil to cause desert pavement.
Glaciers, however, abrade rock by simply using Gravity. when enough ice builds up on a slope, the ice begins to move downhill. The steeper the slope, the faster the glacier. As glaciers move forward, the material that they picked up scratch and abrade the rock and soil underneath the glacier, which causes erosion.
