Cobras are large snakes that can be up to 18 feet (5 meters) long. Many of these snakes live in hot areas like Africa and Asia.

Mambas are venomous snakes and there are four different kinds of them. These types of snakes live in African rain forests and savannas.

Pythons are among the longest snakes in the world. Some Pythons can grow more than 20 feet (6 meters) long. Pythons can be found in Asia, Africa, and Australia and are usually found in warm areas such as rainforests, deserts, and grasslands.

There are many more snakes that live here, but this is just a few examples.

Explain in your own words why a dominant trait is not always a common trait.
taurus [48]

Answer:

Describing a trait as dominant does not mean it is the most common; it means that it is expressed over the recessive trait. For example, tongue rolling is a dominant trait, controlled by the dominant version of a particular gene (R). Individuals with one or two copies of R will exhibit tongue rolling.
