Inferior courts will be created by Congress from “time to time.” The Constitution itself created only the Supreme Court, but allowed Congress to create other, inferior (lower) courts over time. Thus as the case load of the Supreme Court grew, Congress was able to create the lower federal courts.

Robert very much wants to hire Jacqueline because she is African American and Beck ‘n’ Call does not have a large enough number
suter [353]

Answer:

Civil acts right of 1991

Explanation:

The civil acts right enforces laws to prevent unfair treatment during employment and on the job due to sex, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, or age. Passed by Congress in 1991, this act advocates for fairness in employment matters and banned discrimination against the disabled in employment.

This preferential treatment of Jacqueline by Robert because she is African American goes against the 1991 civil act right.

When Edwin Sutherland closely examined companies in the United States, what was he surprised to find?
Kitty [74]

Answer: D. Many times, when companies violated the law, it was intentional.

Explanation:

Edwin Sutherland was one of the most famous and influential criminologists to ever live. He gave several theories as to why people commit crime such as having grown up around crime and seeing it as normal.

His research into White Collar crime gave him eternal status as he broached a subject that many had avoided because the world then refused to accept that the higher economic classes could commit crime yet his research showed that many times, companies and their bigwigs violated the law intentionally.
