Answer:

B) through positive and social reinforcement

Explanation:

The idea of encouraging positive feedback reinforcement is, in reality, genuinely straightforward: If you compensate conduct, it is bound to be rehashed. Besides, regardless of whether you are discussing potty preparing, or learning a new position ability similar standards presented by Skinner in the mid-twentieth century still apply.

Thus, it is the well-being of the employer to give a remunerating climate empowering profitability and inspiration; and that debilitates turnover particularly undesirable turnover.

What did the Supreme Court rule in Baker v Carr ?.
Tanya [424]

The United States Supreme Court ruled in Baker v. Carr (1962) held federal courts could review claims that a state's redistricting of electoral lines violates the Equal 14th Amendment Amendment to the Constitution.

About Equal Protection Clause

The United States Constitution's Fourteenth Amendment's first section contains the Equal Protection Clause. The article states that "neither shall any state deny to any individual within its authority the equal protection of laws." It came into force in 1868. It demands that the law treat people equally who are in similar circumstances. Civil Rights Act of 1866's equality provisions were a major driving force behind the inclusion of this paragraph.

Oksanka [162]
The SCOTUS did not rule that T.L.O’s 4th amendment (searches and seizures) rights had been violated. They ruled that the school administrations search of the bag was reasonable under the circumstances (i.e T.L.O. Being a minor and on school property, meaning that while at school, administration is responsible for the well-being and safety of all students, thus allowing them to search T.L.O’s bag for marijuana). A good way to think of it is that while you’re at school, the administration acts as your parents. Your parents don’t need a warrant to search through your room and neither does the administration if you are on school property. The 4th amendment applies to this case because it protects against unlawful searches and seizures (i.e. searches and seizures that are without a warrant). The constitutional question was whether or not T.L.O. Could be charged with a crime/punished or not because the school administration did not have a warrant. However, because the school administration was acting as a loco parentis (latin term for “in place of the parent”) they did not need a warrant to search her bag. Hope this helped!
