When developing a business message, it is important to know your audience well. This is important for a great variety of reasons. First, knowing who your audience is will allow you to tailor your message to the needs of the audience. Moreover, knowing who your audience is will allow you to chose a type of language that is appropriate. Finally, by knowing your audience well you are more likely to be able to design a message that is interesting and persuasive.
