Answer: The answer is Yes.

Step-by-step explanation: The shapes that make up the Texas state flag are rectangle and octagon. Please see attached image.

We can clearly check from the figure that there are three rectangles and one octagon in the flag.

We know that in a rectangle, all the sides are not equal, only the opposite sides are equal, so this figure will not be a regular one.

But, we can check that the octagon in the flag is a regular one because all the eight sides here are equal in measurement.

Thus, there is a shape in the flag which is regular and that is an octagon present in the vertically placed rectangle at the left side of the flag.

3 rectangles. 1 star. The star is regular because all sides are of equal length and all angles are equal. The rectangles aren't regular because they have unequal sides when their angles are equal. P.S This is my first time answering a question. Don't be mad if its wrong.

Use substitution and substitute y into the other equation. One of the equations already gives you y in terms of x, so use that and substitute it into the other equation. y = 3x - 4

Plug into the other equation: -3y = -9x + 12
-3(3x-4) = -9x + 12
-9x + 12 = -9x + 12
This is an identity. So that means that any value of x makes this equation true. So B.
