Answer:

Required number of cartons to be ordered = 7

Step-by-step explanation:

Number of peoples for which the breakfast is being hosted = 25

The grocery store sells the eggs in cartons.

Number of people fed using one carton = 4

And, we need to find number of cartons which is to be ordered to ensure each guest receives serving.

4 peoples are served using one carton.

\implies \text{1 people is served by using }\frac{1}{4}\text{ cartons}\\\\\text{25 peoples are served using }\frac{1}{4}\times 25=6.25\text{ cartons}

Since, Cartons cannot be ordered in decimals so number of cartons that must be ordered to ensure each guest a serving is 7

Hence, Required number of cartons to be ordered = 7

To determine the number of cartons to buy, we simply divide the total number of people to be fed to the number of people that can be fed per one carton of eggs. We do as follows:

Number of carton of eggs = 25 people / 4 people/carton
Number of carton of eggs = 6.25 carton

It would be rounded of to 7 cartons since we cannot buy only 1/4 of a carton.

zvonat [6]

Answer:

<em>120 degrees</em>

Step-by-step explanation:

Find the diagram attached.

From the diagram;

Interior angles are m∠BCA and m∠ABC

Exterior angle is m∠DAB

The sum of interior angle of the triangle is equal to exterior

m∠BCA +m∠ABC =m∠DAB

Given

m∠ABC = 70

m∠BCA =50

m∠DAB = 70 + 50

m∠DAB = 120 degrees

<em>Hence the measure of m∠DAB is 120 degrees</em>
