Answer:

The correct answer is far away from the equator.

Explanation:

The formation of jet streams takes place due to enormous bodies of air. The polar jets are the strongest of the jet streams, they are situated at high altitudes, that is, about 30000 to 39000 feet above the level of the sea. There are southern and northern polar jet streams.

The northern streams are found in Europe, North America, and Asia, while the southern streams are mostly confined to Antarctica. The jet streams are stronger at the time of winters, as these are the bodies of fast-moving air, which can turn into threatful typhoons and cyclones.

The area in which a population of white and brown mice live has started getting much more snow than it
densk [106]

Answer:

The allele for white fur would probably increase as natural selection works on the population.

Explanation:

The white mice are well adapted to survive in cold winter months and snowfall, where they can easily hide to avoid predation. The brown mice in are more suited to the autumn, spring and summer; the trees lose their leaves before cold seasons.

Tree litter and leaves will offer great protection for brown mice in warmer months. Camouflage is a defensive adaptation to avoid predation; to avoid detection, the rabbits mix in natural colors, shapes, and patterns. At the beginning of longer winters, brown mice will not be able to avoid wolves by playing in snow; they would stand out, while white mice would blend in, in comparison to their surroundings.

In general, what determines
antiseptic1488 [7]

Answer:

C

Explanation:

- The answer can't be A since a solid, liquid and gas can have the same color. For example you can take water. It exists in three phases ice, liquid and water vapour; they are all colorless.

- The arrangement and movements of the particles in the substance however is different in each. Particles in solid are put more closely together and held at fixed positions making them having higher density. Liquid particles are more further apart than solids and are able to move freely. Gas particles are more loose than solids and liquids allowing them to travel more faster. That is why you can smell a perfume even when it was sprayed far away.
