Answer:

The smaller units are histone proteins and DNA (more specifically a single DNA strand). The DNA strand is coiled around these histones into a beads-on-a-string like structure. RNA, non-histone protein, and metallic ions are some other, but less important components. The major function of eukaryotic chromosomes is allowing the essential processes like mitosis and meiosis to occur and transferring DNA in an efficient, well-regulated manner.

How do the reactant molecules become the molecules found in the products... what happens to them
Eduardwww [97]

Explanation:

Molecules of reactants and products undergoes chemical changes when they combine.

The combination leads to the breaking of bonds and rearrangement and this brings about the formation of new products.

  • Atoms in molecules tends towards stability
  • They often want to mimic the noble gases and would keep rearranging until stability is attained.
  • This leads to the formation of new compounds in the product end of the reaction.

Identity three ways that’s biologist reach is similar to an astronomers
GarryVolchara [31]
1. Biologists, just like astronomers examine past data to determine what was and what is likely to be, they both look back in time. Biologists study fossil records, and astronomers use the telescope to study galaxies.
2. Both biologists and astronomers seek to understand and appreciate life, for the biologist here on earth,  and for astronomers in space.
3. There is uncertainty on both sides about the future evolution of the universe. What guides them is the past, and none is sure of the future evolution.
