The Industrial Revolution is important to us now due to the technological advances made during that era. During industrialization, there was a shift towards machinery, mass production, and textiles leading to a economic boom in the iron and textile industries and made way for communication, transportation, oil, banking, and factories to expand.

These growths expanded international trade and commerce, strengthened the US economy, and lowered unemployment and poverty.

Without the Industrial Revolution we wouldn't have the option to go to a shop with everything you will need in it (we call this a supermarket). Nothing was mass produced until the introduction of one of the major parts of the Industrial Revolution: Factories

What is international employment.explain it merits and demerits
natka813 [3]

Answer:

International employment refers to finding job position from entities that's located outside your country jurisdiction. You don't have to move to that country to be considered as international workers. Even if you work remotely, you'll still fall to this category as long as the company where you did not belong from your country.

Assuming that you came from more developed country to work in a less developed country,. There are several merits and demerits to this:

<u>Merits</u>

-  t is very unlikely that you'd start at entry level. Most of you will automatically gained high position in company's structure.

- Larger opportunity. You can utilize your business network that came both from your original country and the new country.

<u>Demerits:</u>

- Typically, your salary will be lower compared to someone who work in similar position in your country.

- if you have to move, you'll be Living far away from friends and family.

Suppose that scientists discover an asteroid that is 2.0 AU from the sun. If 1 AU - 150 million km, how long would the asteroid'
Mice21 [21]

Answer:

2.84*10^-3 years = 0.00284*10^-3 years

Explanation:

To find the orbital period you use the following formula:

T=\sqrt{\frac{4\pi^2r^3}{GM}}

r: 2.0A = 2.0(1.5*10^11m)=3*10^11 m

G: Cavendish constant = 6.67*10^-11 Nm^2/kg^2

M: mass of the sun = 1.98*10^30 kg

T=\sqrt{\frac{4\pi^2(3*10^{11}m)^3}{(6.67*10^{-11}Nm^2/kg^2)(1.98*10^{30}kg)}}\\\\T=89839.27\ s

Next, you calculate the time in seconds of one Earth's year:

1\ year=365days*\frac{24\ h}{1\ day}*\frac{3600\ s}{1\ h}=31536000\ s

thus, you use this value to find the orbital period of the asteroid in Earth's year:

T=89839.27\ s*\frac{1\ year}{31536000\ s}=2.84*10^{-3}\ years

HELP ME PLEASE If you apply 50 lbs of force to an object that weighs 49.5 lbs, describe what would happen to the object and how
IRISSAK [1]

Answer:

The force applied will cause the object to be displaced from its equilibrium position.

However, the motion caused by the force on the object will be slight/minimal because of the small difference between the weight of the object and the force applied.

Explanation:

The weight of the object, W = 49.5 lbs

Force applied, F = 50 lbs

From the information given, it is observed that the force applied is greater than the weight of the object, i.e. F > W

Since, the force applied is greater than the weight of the object, the force applied is sufficient to cause a displacement of the object from the equilibrium position since it is known that the only cause of motion is force.
