well, today is Halloween in the US, so let's hope Sullivan is in his best costume.

so he's won that contest 11 times, namely each month for 11 months, there are 12 months in a year.

if we take 12 to be the 100%, what is 11 off of it in percentage?

\bf \begin{array}{ccll} amount&\%\\ \cline{1-2} 12&100\\ 11&x \end{array}\implies \cfrac{12}{11}=\cfrac{100}{x}\implies 12x=1100 \\\\\\ x=\cfrac{1100}{12}\implies x=91.\overline{6}

A number line going from negative 3 to positive 5. A closed circle is at negative 1.5. Everything to the left of the circle is s
kykrilka [37]

the inequality in the number-line is:

x ≤ -1.5

<h3></h3><h3>Which inequality is represented?</h3>

We know that we have a closed circle at -1.5, this means that the value is a solution of the inequality.

Then we have a line that goes to the left of that circle, so the inequality will have solutions that are less than or equal to -1.5

Then the inequality is:

x ≤ -1.5

Find the value of x.
zimovet [89]

Answer:

x = 30

Step-by-step explanation:

We know that the angle is a right angle, which is equal to 90. So in order to see what the equation is equal to, we have to subtract 81 from 90.

90 - 81 = 9

With the answer we get, we can now begin to solve for x.

2x - 51 = 9, add 51 to both sides

2x = 60, divide 60 by 2 to get x

x = 30

Now, to check your work, plug 30 into the equation.

2(30) - 51

60 - 51 = 9

hope this helps!! :]
