Explanation:

You start with step 1 that establishes the issue.

A issue is that a current condition is separated into a desirable one.

The decision-maker who overlooks the problem or who determines the incorrect problem will track many poor decisions.

In the second stage, the key decision factors to resolve the problem are established. In making the decision, the decision-maker chooses what is important. Any variables not listed here are treated as insignificant. It refers to the desires, beliefs and similar personal preferences of the decision-maker.

The third step would be to weigh down the parameters previously identified and give them the right priority in the decision.

In step 4, we build solutions that can resolve the problem successfully.

Step five uses each parameter to score each choice. Analyze every choice objectively and assess it.

As compared with the parameters and weights defined in the second and third phases, the strengths and weaknesses of each choice are clear. Finally, the correct decision is to be determined. Assess the weighted parameters for each selection and select the highest overall score alternative.

ira [324]

Answer:

                                                                        $

Net income 100,000

Less: Dividend paid 70,000

Retained earnings for the year 30,000

Statement of Retained earnings for the year ended December 31, 2018

                                                                         $

Retained earnings on January 1, 2018 115,000

Add: Retained earnings for the year 30,000

Retained earnings at December 31,2018 145,000

Explanation:

In this case, we need to calculate the retained earnings for the year, which is net income minus dividend paid. Then, we will add the retained earnings for the year to retained earnings at the beginning of the year. This gives the retained earnings at the end of the year.

How is scarcity related to competition?
Alexxandr [17]

Answer: Competition is an effect of scarcity.

Explanation:

In economical and dismal sense scarcity and competition are correlated, as in they are directly proportional to each other. In today's era where, the population is growing at an exponential rate and the food supply and other resources are either growing at an arithmetical rate or depleting. Therefore there is a scarcity of resources and thus the competition is increasing proportionally.
