To solve this you have to add all the values together

A = 5
B = 12
C = 8
D = 10
E = 6
F = 9

5 + 12 + 8 + 10 + 6 + 9 = 50

Then you take the value of D and divide it by the total amount of occurrences

10 / 50 = 1/5 or 20%

The answers is C
