Just ask yourself, who you are presenting it to. Or who are you trying to persuade. For example: if I’m taking about the environment and how we need to save it. It can go either one or two ways. You can pitch your idea to someone who already known what your talking about and you can offer a better solution OR you can inform a new audience who isn’t knowledgeable on the subject. It just depends on what you want to write about
A. I had pizza yesterday
B. Really? Wow! Do you have pizza often?
A. Yes, I do. I have pizza almost everyday. Did you have pizza yesterday.
B. No, I didn't. I had broccoli.
A. Are you having pizza tomorrow?
B. No, I am not. I am having a sandwich tomorrow.
Types of persuasive techniques
The three types of persuasive strategies are logos, ethos and pathos, or L.E.P. The most effective persuasive communication usually has a mix of all three strategies. Logos uses logic or reason to reach a conclusion, while ethos depends upon the credibility of the author or source as support for action.

English language is more better than native language. As we know we all have our native language. But the thing is if we only know our native language we can't communicate with others who don't know about our native language. English language is the international language so that all people can easily understand it so that in my opinion english language is more better than native language.
