He/She made their Broadway debut in 1947 as the choreographer of Finian’s Ranibow, choreographed and/or directed over seventeen other Broadway musicals, including Guys and Dolls and Can-Can. Film credits include Seven Brides for Seven Brothers and Hello, Dolly! His/Her work earned a total of five Tony Awards and an honorary Academy Award in 1997.
