Answer:

D. Human geographers study human societies, while physical geographers study the natural features of the Earth's surface

Explanation:

Even though both the human geography and the physical geography are part of the same basic science, their focus of study is very different. The human geography focuses on the human societies. It examines the relation between the humans and nature, the reasons for the development of the societies, the characteristics of the societies... The physical geography focuses on examining the natural features on the Earth's surface. It tries to understand how have they formed, what caused their formation, their composition etc.

What are the benefits of living in a permanent settlement vs. a nomadic settlement? Include at least three benefits
adell [148]
I believe that some of the benefits are longer life span, the ability to harvest crops, and the ability to create a thriving community. I think these are good benefits because if you are living in a permanent settlement then you can grow your own crops meaning that you can live off of those crops and you dont have to go foraging for food (sometimes producing nothing). Also a good community is almost essential to living with a group of people beacause it enhances trade and communication with other communities as well. :)
