I believe the answer is: Conflict theory
Conflict theory view socialization process as a constant battle between following our true value versus conforming with the value that held by other people around us.
The theory also view that a person will start to enter maturation after that person managed to realize the need to balance personal and collective interest when choosing their decision.

The answer is the conflict theory. It is the theory of socialization that john reflected if he believes he should conform to the roles and values of society.

EXPLANATION

Conflict theory is one of the theories in social psychology and sociology. The theory focuses on the analysis and interpretation of the existing political programs and social arrangements.

Conflict theories draw to the more dominant ideologies. The ones who have social power, with higher social class, are most probably more heard by the others. This made the roles and values of society. Conflict theory is in the macro-level analysis of society.

The social conflict theory was developed by Karl Marx. He is known as the father of the social conflict theory. Conflict theory is one of the four major paradigms in the sociology field. Conflict theories also focus on the ideological aspect of traditional cultures. The ideology that is brought by tradition and culture are usually dominant in society.

Conflict theory is not the kind of theory that consists of a unified idea and thought. It should not be conflicted with other terms, such as conflict studies, peace, etc. Conflict theory is not the same as peace. It may be including the act of conforming with society’s values and roles, but the reason is not peace. Therefore, John reflected on the conflict theory, so he believes he should conform to the roles and values of society.

How does acceptance of responsibility influence effective communication
yKpoI14uk [10]

One of the ways that a person could be responsible is by saying ‘I’ in all the things he would say, instead of ‘we’. Example, ‘We don’t like the way you act awhile ago.’ Change it to ‘I don’t like the way you act awhile ago’. Here, you are establishing ownership on the things you want to say to the person.

Answer:

b. Jackson's theory that the nervous system is organized as a hierarchy.

Explanation:

Hierarchical Re-representation Theory, created by J. Hughlings Jackson, says that each functional group of the Nervosi System (motricity, for example) would be organized vertically at rising levels of increasing complexity. Thus, levels immediately below a site of injury would assume, albeit imperfectly. This theory applies well to the situation shown in the question above, where a lower level of Hal's nervous system took over his behavior and made him an aggressive person.
