Which poetic device does the passage most clearly use?
Goryan [66]

The poetic device used in the passage is hyperbole. When the writer says, ¨fry our skin,¨ he does not literally mean that. It is just an exaggeration.

A literary phrase and figure of speech called hyperbole intensifies an impression by intentionally exaggerating it. A forcefully overblown or exaggerated declaration or statement that adds emphasis without intending to be literally true is called a hyperbole. Hyperbole is frequently utilized in rhetoric and literature for serious, humorous, or sarcastic effects.

Hyperbole is a common figure of speech used to exaggerate the size or significance of an idea. Such exaggeration or distortion might be used to convey a powerful feeling, stress a point, or even to make others laugh.

**JOURNALISM QUESTIONS** pls help me!
alexandr402 [8]

Answer:

hey! thanks for the question.

from planning to drafting, i'd suggest doing research and knowing what you're going to talk about. organize it properly, maybe by cause and effect, or a timeline, ect. make sure the order makes sense and flows correctly.

revising is usually more like fixing the rough draft, and organizing it so it goes smoothly. editting is the final draft, in which you make it sound better.

taking a break is important because you need to get evidence, and read examples, which you can do while resting your fingers from writing.

make sure to rephrase this when answering :)
