Form a Hypothesis: A scientist uses radioactive nitrogen to label the nitrogenous bases of the DNA of a cell. Then the DNA is al

lowed to replicate, and the new strands take up non-radioactive bases. Do one, both, or neither of the daughter cells have radioactive DNA? Explain.

The new strands took only non-radioactive bases during their replication. This implies that the radioactive bases did not get incorporated in the new strands.     Also, according to semi-conservative mode of replication, one parental and one newly synthesized strand goes to the daughter cells. Since it is a hypothetical situation according to which parental strand has radioactive labeling, the radioactive strand will pass on to both the daughter cells.

Sever21 [200]

Answer:

c. contributes in immunity

Explanation:

The mass of the lymphatic tissues that lack any capsule is known as lymphatic nodules. The lymphatic nodules are scattered in mucous membranes that line the various tracts.

The center of our galaxy contains a very intense source of radio and x-ray radiation named sgr a*. what is it about this source
AnnyKZ [126]

The radiation is coming from an incredibly small object. This source supports the idea that the radiation comes from a black hole.

  • The rotating and barycenter of the Milky Way galaxy is known as the Galactic Center (or Galactic Centre).
  • Sagittarius A*, a compact radio source that is almost perfectly at the galactic rotational center, is the galaxy's central massive object and is a supermassive black hole with a mass of roughly 4 million solar masses.
  • Hawking radiation is a result of how quantum fields behave when there is substantial gravity present.
  • Astronomers search for a signal of light from stuff that heats up as it falls into the black hole in order to find this form of radiation, which is only significant for extremely small black holes.
  • SgrA is a radio emission source that is situated in the galaxy's nucleus. Within 1 light year away. , several hundred stars are crowded around it.

What type of cells, sex cells or somatic cells ,are produced by this process
pogonyaev

Answer:

Human sex cells are produced by a two-part cell division process called meiosis.

Explanation:

Through a sequence of steps, the replicated genetic material in a parent cell is distributed among four daughter cells. Meiosis produces gametes with one-half the number of chromosomes as the parent cell
