Originalism is the philosophy/perspective that the Constitution is stable in its meaning and interpretation and should not diverge from what the framers of the Constitution laid out in its creation. Most originalists adhere to the "original meaning" doctrine, which advocates that the Constitution must be interpreted in the cultural and political contexts that were present when the document was created; that is to say that modern moral and philosophical leanings should not factor into how issues are addressed by the Constitution as it stands.</span>
The answer is "organization".
The first property of life we recorded was cellular organization. This just implies living things are made of cells. Cells are the most fundamental unit of life. It doesn't make a difference if those cells are plants, creatures, parasites, or microscopic organisms. On the off chance that something will be alive, it must be made of cells.
I believe the answer is: government could be run by mechanical automatons who would force humans to do their bidding for the masters
technically, if government processes and procedures could be enumerated, or specified in a legislative document it might improve its efficiency in some sectors. But, machines would not be able to put emphaty which might be crucial in order to impose justice to the people.
