Breakfast should contain significant amounts of carbohydrates. Breakfast is claimed to be the most essential meal of the day because it refuels, energizes your body. It raises the energy level of a body after an overnight fast. To keep you energized throughout the day it is recommended that breakfast should have lots of carbohydrates since it is the fuel for the muscles and the nervous system. Enzymes in our body consumes the carbohydrates we have then transform it to energy.
