The American colonists might have agreed, but they wanted to have a say in the decision. They wanted the right to vote about their own taxes, like the people living in Britain. But no colonists were permitted to serve in the British Parliament. So they protested that they were being taxed without being represented.

Speculate reasons why so many people still research for gold even after all these years
Novosadov [1.4K]

Answer:

The reason is that gold is still seen by many people as a worthy, secure investment.

This is because gold tends to be more stable than fiat currency, it is also very liquid, meaning that it can be sold and bought relatively liquid (although not as liquid as currency).

Gold is also seen by many as a safe way to store wealth and pass on inheritance.

Two similarities of the state government and the federal government
Schach [20]

Answer:

Answer is at the bottom!!

Explanation:

All state governments are modeled after the federal government and consist of three branches: executive, legislative, and judicial. The U.S. Constitution mandates that all states uphold a “republican form” of government, although the three-branch structure is not required.Government is an agency of the State. It acts for the state. It is that agency of the State which formulates the will of the state into laws, implements the laws of the state and ensures conformity to the laws of the state. Government exercises power and authority on behalf of the state.

Hope this helps!!
