Miscegenation is the marriage (or cohabitation, sexual relations, and breeding) between individuals of 2 different races.  Its applicable historical theme is “CUL” which pertains to ideas, beliefs, and culture.  Anti-miscegenation laws reflect the culture, values, prejudices, and societal norms of the countries that have such laws.  Miscegenation was illegal in some states in the US until 1967 when the Supreme Court determined in Loving v Virginia that anti-miscegenation laws were unconstitutional.
