The effect of Minos accusing Aegeus of killing his son is the fury of Minos and an inevitable conflict with Crete.

Explanation:

Androgeus was responsible for beating Aegeus in all competitions during his visit in Athens.  

This caused great envy in Aegeus, who sent him to conquer the Marathon Bull.

This ended with the death of the son of Minos.  

After a great fury, Minos declared war on Athens, but offered peace in exchange for being sent seven young men and seven young women every nine years to feed the Minotaur, a fabulous monster from Crete.
