Answer:

Truck drivers probably can't see your vehicle if you cannot see them in their side mirror

Explanation:

In driving terminology there is a term called the bind spot. Blind spot is the area where the driver is not able to see the vehicle behind him and this area is present just behind the truck and very close to the gates of the car. Since trucks do not have the rare mirror therefore if a car is present in their blind spot they wont be able to see it. The driver behind the truck can spot it if he does not see the truck driver in the side mirror of the truck.

Truck drivers probably can’t see your vehicle if you cannot see the truck driver in his or her side mirrors.

Further explanation:

Most of the passenger vehicle drivers think that truck drivers can see the road better than others because truck is heavy in size and driving seat is higher than other vehicle’s seat. It is not true since truck driver can see a better forward view and have a large mirror but the side mirror of truck is same as other vehicles so they also have blind spots where other vehicle can get damaged or even lost.

The blind spots in the truck are directly behind, in front and along each side mainly on the right side of the truck.

If you are unable to see the reflection of truck driver in his or her side mirror then you are in the blind spots of the truck and even truck driver cannot see you.

The blind spots of the truck are known as No Zones. Therefore, No Zones are those areas where truck drivers cannot see you or they cannot stop the truck.

The below Figure 1 (Attached image) shows the truck and blind spots of the truck. The circled area 1 and 2 are blind spots or No Zones for the truck driver and the circled area 3 and 4 are those areas where truck drivers can see other vehicles.
