Answer:

I believe this is a "true" or "false" statement.

False

Explanation:

"Secondary group" is a type of social group where relationship of members are impersonal and temporary. Their relationship is also directed to a common goal. Contrary to this is the "Primary group." The Primary group is a type of social group where relationship of members are close, such as personal and close relationship of friends.

"Informal social control" is being exercised in a society through the established social order. This means that, it is not being exercised by laws or rules. This is an effective control for "primary groups" or small groups.

So, this means that it is not operative within the secondary groups only but within the primary groups only (family, friends, neigborhood, etc.) Using it in secondary groups will render the control useless because the large groups will just ignore it.

So, this explains the answer.

What do we learn about the ladies in the missionary circle from their discussion of the mruna tribe and the african americans in
dalvyx [7]

Answer:

Based on their discussion, the ladies in the missionary circle prove they are ignorant hypocrites.

Explanation:

A missionary circle SHOULD be about doing good for others in the name of charity. This circle, however, seems to be only good for gossip. They believe that Africa is full of "sin and squalor" and their words indicate they are extremely prejudiced.

They should be behaving like good Christians but their discussion proves they are not -- especially when one criticizes a servant for not being a good Christian.
