⢠the ford motor company created a logo from this handwriting style, which was practiced in nineteenth-century america
Firlakuza [10]
The handwriting style used is the Spencerian script, which is derived from the handwriting style practiced in America in the nineteenth century. Spencerian script is developed in 1840, and is considered to be the standard writing style for business in the United States from 1850 to 1925.

The Spencerian script was used to later simplify the original logo of Ford Motor Company designed by Harold Willis, an engineer and a Ford executive.  The original logo read "Ford Motor Company Detroit, Mich." The logo was simplified because a more plain lettering was common at the time.
