Selected plans refer to a proper choice of plans that suitable for each problem/situation. 
To execute these type of plans, we need the flexibility and a fully cooperative effort from all employees and in order to get that cooperative effort. In order to get both flexibility and the cooperative effort, budget and reward system could be a strong incentive for the employeess</span>
