Let the length of the first side be l
Let the length of the second side be b
l = 8b/5    ------1
l*b = 360    ------2

Replace l with 8b/5

(8b^2)/5 = 360
8b^2 = 360*5
b^2 = (360*5)/8
b^2 = 225
b = 15 inches

 If b = 15, l = 8b/5 = (8*15)/5 = 24 inches
