The Eastern Front or Eastern Theater of World War I (German: Ostfront, Russian: Восточный фронт, Vostochny front) was a theater of operations that encompassed at its greatest extent the entire frontier between the Russian Empire and Romania on one side and the Austro-Hungarian Empire, Bulgaria, the Ottoman Empire and the German Empire on the other. It stretched from the Baltic Sea in the north to the Black Sea in the south, involved most of Eastern Europe and stretched deep into Central Europe as well. The term contrasts with "Western Front", which was being fought in Belgium and France.

How did the Hun contribute to the fall of the western empire?
Dahasolnce [82]

As nomadic group of people which belonged to the region around the Capsian Sea, The Huns were responsibles for the Great Migration.

With brutal invasions of the regions sorrounding the Roman Empire, this tribe encouraged such migration, also known as the "Wandering of the Nations", which began between 300 and 700 CE, and was formed by the Alans, Goths, and Vandals among others.

They moved fast and were successful at battle. In 370 CE, they defeated and conquered the Alans, by 376 CE had pushed the Goths into Roman territory, and by 379 CE had pushed the people under the leadership of Athanaric into the Caucalands. These attacks produced a domino effect since many tribes, in their escape, sought refuge in Roman territory.

Such migration altered the conditions of roman society and eventually, after many insurrections and raids from these tribes, the Western Empire was weakened and collapsed.

What was the impact of the 13th, 14th, 15th, 19th, 24th, and 26th Amendments to the United States Constitution?
kolezko [41]

The 13th admendent took away slavery in 1865. But in order to protect the former slaves' rights they had to create to more admendments which is where the 14th admendment comes in.

for the 14th admendments, the imapct for that one was that the U.S. Constitution now protected all U.S. citizens (including former slaves) from state-level policies that discriminated against them because of their race.

for the 15th admendment, this one granted african americans the right to vote by stating this "right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude."

for the 19th admendment gave women the right to vote so this one mostly impacted on women, changing a lot of things since only men were allowed to do so.

for the 24th admendment, it prohibited any poll tax in elections for federal officials.

for the last one, the 26th admndment. This is where the phrase "old enough to fight, old enough to vote" comes in. during World War II, President Franklin D. Roosevelt lowered the age for the military draft to 18, at a time when the minimum voting age was 21.

Hope this helped!!!!
