The ordered pairs (0, -2), (1, 1), (2, 4), (3, 7), and (4, 10) represent a function. What is a rule that represents this function? Don't tell me the function tell me the rule please.

Every time you add one to the first number you add 3 to the second number. The next set of numbers would then be (4,10).
