What is the answer for 5x-2x+8=2+6x+6?
Ede4ka [16]

5x - 2x + 8 = 2 + 6x + 6

Add like terms:

5x - 2x = 3x

2 + 6 = 8

3x + 8 = 6x + 8

To isolate the variable, subtract 6x from both sides of the equation:

3x - 6x = -3x

-3x + 8 = 8

Now subtract 8 from both sides:

8 - 8 = 0

-3x = 0

To finish, divide both sides by -3:

0 ÷ -3x = 0

The answer is x = 0

Hope this helps.

Answer:

12x^3 -28x^2 -21x +30

Step-by-step explanation:

1) Distribute!

(6x-5)(2x^2-3x-6) = 12x^3 -18x^2 - 36x -10x^2 +15x+30

2) Combine like terms!

12x^3 -18x^2 - 36x -10x^2 +15x+30 = 12x^3 -28x^2 -21x +30

Answer is:

12x^3 -28x^2 -21x +30

Please explain what mark up is to me. Keep it simple
iogann1982 [59]

Hey there!

Markup is the percentage that the cost of an item is increased.

For example, if a company bought a pair of headphones that costed $100 and they sold it for $150, the markup was 50%, since half of the original cost was added. if the markup were 100% it would have been sold for $200, since it added 100% of the original.

I hope this helps!

matrenka [14]

Answer:

B. Systematic Random Sampling

Step-by-step explanation:

The process of systemic random sampling involves randomly selecting the starting point but the succeeding points will be based on the interval in between each point. The interval is computed by dividing the population by the sample size.
