Impact: After decades of suffering, and protesting, 19th amendment was passed in 1920, which gave voting rights to women.

It became popular during late 1800's when the lobbying of the workers of these movements was successful they went every state to aware the local women. Complex question. The governing bodies have justification but I think the answer might be considered no on a larger scale. We tried to gain natural resources and invest in foreign markets but these things can be done through embassy’s, and being allowed areas to operate by relaxing relations with countries instead of taking over area to influence nearby lands.
