It was fracture of the communication between the Orthodox Catholic Churches and the Roman Catholic Church due to political and theological differences. The language of West was Latin and that of East was Greek, as the number of people who spoke both the languages decreased the communication between the two halves also decreased and the two parts began to have different views about the religious doctrines and rituals, and eventually led to their separation.
