Answer:

Richard Nixon

Explanation:

Do you believe everyone deserves to be offered the right choices? If so, Universal healthcare is a big choice that many wonder if it's the right one or not. Universal healthcare has both sides to it's major choice. An example is either healthcare lowers overall cost or it overwhelms the governments budgets. There are many facts that support both sides and make the decision arduous. As choosing the right side, healthcare should be adopted because everyone deserves to stay healthy and get the care they need. People will make their choice but really, was it the right decision?

A reason why Universal healthcare should be adopted is that it helps people when they need the help, financially. To better understand the situation, most people can't afford health care coverage. That's where universal health care comes in. Healthcare does plenty for people such as, lower administrative costs, prevent future social costs, creates a healthier workforce, and much more. In the article, "Healthcare for Everyone" by Common Dreams, it states that "Roughly 30 million people, 9% of the U.S. population, are uninsured. Another 26%, 86 million people, are underinsured, they have insurance but are unable to access medical care because their deductibles or copays are prohibitively high." Let's look at one example, many can't afford their own care due to immense prices. In 2018 the average spent ,for healthcare, per person was about 11,000! Which is why Universal Healthcare should be adopted for many people to save money, and stay healthy.

Another reason why Universal healthcare should be open to all is a cleaner workforce. A cleaner workforce would lead to healthier people which leads to less people coming in for care. Healthcare leads to a cleaner workforce by giving people the care they need. Many citizens can't afford care so their only choice is to stay sick and hope it goes away. This leads to getting more people sick and sick until it's a big unhealthy workforce. So when given the opportunity to be healthy citizens will take it and protect themselves and their families. And in all they save money. So, Why wouldn't a struggling citizen want a better workforce and health.

People who disagree may claim that, Universal

healthcare would also entail large-scale job loses for roughly two million people employed in the healthcare system. A possible concern that may raise is that, with the amount of so many unemployed, it would make it difficult to help the unemployed. They would have trouble finding jobs and making money to spend on simple necessities. This could be possible because once universal healthcare is adopted there won't be as many doctors needed. The evidence, however, overwhelmingly supports my argument that universal healthcare could also create jobs.

When considering the issue of whether healthcare should be adopted or not, it is clear that Universal health care should be for everyone. Universal health care can change lives and so can

you. We all need to support Universal Healthcare and fight for our rights. We all deserve to stay healthy and get the care we need.
