Some animals generate two germ layers during gastrulation. They are called diploblasts. Other animals generate three germ layers

as a result of gastrulation. They are called triploblasts. Triploblasts can be further categorized as either protostomes or deuterostomes. Can you identify the fate of the blastopore in each category of animal?

Diploblastic blastopore - gastrovascular cavity

Protostome blastopore - mouth

Deuterostome blastopore - anus

Explanation:

Blastopores are structural indentations formed on the embryo during the gastrulation stage and this develops into mouth or anus depending upon the type of the embryo.

Diplolbastic (cnidarians) blastopores develop into the gastrovascular cavity in organisms like hydra

Triploblasts with three embryonic germ layers includes acoelomates, eucoelomates, and pseudocoelomates and the blastopores transform accordingly.

The blastopores of the triploblastic eucoelomates like the protosomes (mollusks, arthropods, annelids) transforms to the mouth, denoting ‘mouth first’; while that of the deuterostomes (chordates) transform to anus, denoting ‘mouth second’.

If one strand of a DNA molecule has the sequence of bases 5′-ATTGCA-3′, the mRNA synthesized following the template will be ____
rjkz [21]

If one strand of a DNA molecule has the sequence of bases 5-ATTGCA-3, the mRNA synthesized following the template will be 3-UAACGU-5.

Nucleotides are added to the growing strand one at a time in the precise sequence dictated by the existing  template strand. adenine and thymine are always paired with each other in the Watson-Crick DNA model, and cytosine is always paired with guanine.

The nucleotide sequence of DNA serves as a template for the nucleus, where mRNA is synthesised. The RNA polymerase II enzyme is responsible for this reaction's catalysis and needs nucleotide triphosphates as its substrates. Transcription is what happens in the nucleus when DNA is converted into mRNA. The cytoplasmic synthesis of proteins is controlled by the mRNA. The cytoplasm is where the mRNA that is produced in the nucleus attaches to the ribosomes after being transported from the nucleus. The nucleotide sequence of the mRNA serves as a guide for the assembly of proteins on ribosomes. The cytoplasm receives a "message" from the nucleus via mRNA. The nucleotide sequence of the mRNA, which is complementary to the nucleotide sequence of the messenger RNA, encodes the message.

Would it be possible for an organism to make protein if it did not eat protein?
andre [41]

Answer:

Even though you did not eat the grains and legumes together, your body can synthesize new protein over the course of the day. But if you ate your toast with peanut butter, it would be a complete protein, meaning all essential amino acids are delivered within one meal.
