Please answer this multiple choice question CORRECTLY for 30 points and brainliest!!
strojnjashka [21]

The area of one face would he h^2.

There are 6 faces, so the total surface area would be h^2 x 6

Replace total surface area with 2.16, so you now have:

2.16 = h^2 x 6

Now we can solve for h.

Divide both sides by 6:

h^2 = 2.16/6

Take the square root of both sides:

h = √2.16/6

The answer is A.

Fill in the Blanks
tatyana61 [14]

Answer: This would fill 4 and 4/9 containers.

Explanation:

Since we have given that

Quantity of walnuts in a container is given by

6\frac{2}{3}=\frac{20}{3}\ pounds

Quantity of walnuts which divided equally into containers is given by

1\frac{1}{2}=\frac{3}{2}\ pounds

Now, number of containers they would fill is given by

\frac{\frac{20}{3}}{\frac{3}{2}}=\frac{20\times 2}{3\times 3}=\frac{40}{9}

When we change it into mixed fractions we get,

\frac{40}{9}=4\frac{4}{9}

So, blank will be filled with '4'.

Find the total area of the entire figure. *
bonufazy [111]

Answer:

392.5 in²

Step-by-step explanation:

This figure is consists of a trapezium and a rectangle.

So, to find the total area of the figure you have to find the area of the trapezium and the rectangle separately  and add them together.

Let us find now.

<u>Area of the Trapezium</u>

Area = \frac{1}{2} × ( sum of the parallel sides ) × height

Area = \frac{1}{2} × (  9 + 20 ) × 5

Area = \frac{1}{2} × 29 × 5

Area = \frac{1}{2} × 145

Area = 72.5 in²

<u>Area of the rectangle</u>

Area = Length × Width

Area = 20 × 16

Area = 320 in²

<u>Total area of the figure</u>

Total area = Area of the trapezium + Area of the rectangle

Total area = 72.5 in² + 320 in²

Total area = 392.5 in²

Hope this helps you :-)

Help me with 16,18 and 20
Mandarinka [93]
16: -7(5)= -35 ( REMEMBER THE MOUTH EATS THE BIGGEST NUMBER!)
     -6(-6)= 36   therefore 36 is greater than -35
18: they are exactly the same because in multiplication with inters it matters when the signs change. so 3(-6) = -18 ad -3(6)= -18 then -18=-18
20: Same as 18 where division has the same rules. if 8x5=40 then 40/8=5
-40/8=-5 and 40/(-8)=-5 then -5=-5
