1. The Act allowed for prospecting and allowed filing of mineral claims up

until December 31, 1983.  

- Section 4 (d)(3) mining laws would continue to apply to wilderness areas until the specified date

2. The Act allows for development of facilities necessary

for mining or drilling such claims, and allows cutting of trees to support mine

infrastructure, but also requires restoration of the surface of the land once the

facilities have served their purpose.  

-Section 4 (d) (2) provided that nothing in the act prevented any activity including prospecting that would assist in developing information about mineral sources in the area. Same section called for restoration of affected areas once completed.

This is true. What God is responsible for is what science cannot explain. Science will be the form of evolution and the findings on that , but cannot explain divine creation.
